This page explains what Austin Foundation Guys collects when you call, text or send a request, why, and who sees it. Work is done by independent local contractors. Pricing and availability are set by the contractor serving your area.

Austin Foundation Guys is operated by Automaddie LLC.

What we collect

• Requests. When you send the form we receive your name, phone number, city, the service you chose, any details you type, and the page you sent it from.
• Calls. Calls to our number pass through a call-tracking system that logs the calling number and the date, time and length of the call.
• Website use. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your details to pass your request to the independent local contractor serving your area, so that Austin Foundation Guys and that contractor can call or text you about it. We also use call and request records to check that requests are being answered.

Text messages (SMS)

If you call or text our number, or send a request with your phone number, we may text you about your request, for example a reply after a missed call or to schedule a visit. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

• The independent local contractor serving your area, who handles your inspection.
• Service providers that run our phone line, form handling and hosting, only to operate those services.
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with.

We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep request and call records for as long as we need them to handle requests and resolve questions about them, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. To make a request, call us or use the form on our contact page and say what you'd like us to do.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page.
